Terms of Service Agreement
This LAISUIH Software (College Management Software Service) Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Laisuih, (for the purposes hereof, “Laisuih,” “we” or “us”). The Agreement governs your use of the LAISUIH, an online platform that allows institutions like yours to manage the administrative and handling of students data, their fees, and internal records thereof.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account with us, agreeing to our protocol, or otherwise using the LAISUIH Service, you are accepting this Agreement and consent to contract with us electronically.
If you are an entity other than a natural person, the person who registers the account or otherwise uses the LAISUIH must have the authority to bind the entity. In this context, “you” means both the entity and each person who is authorized to access the account.
We may update this Agreement by posting a revised version on our website. By continuing to use the LAISUIH Service, you accept any revised Agreement.
You may terminate the Agreement at any time by opting-out from the Software, however informing us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for your breach of the terms hereof. In the event of any termination or expiration of the Agreement, the following sections will survive Section 6 (Disclaimers), Section 7 (Limitation of Liability), Section 8 (Indemnification).
2. Accounts
Registration: An user account must be created to use certain features we offer (e.g., to use fee payment). To do so, you must provide an email address/phone number. By creating an account, you agree to receive notices from LAISUIH at this email address/phone number.
Age Requirements: There are no age restrictions to the entity account, however, the user may not create an account if you are younger than 16 years of age. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age, and, to the extent required by law, you have the permission of a parent or guardian to create an account and use theSIKUL software
Account Security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including unauthorized activity. You must safeguard the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you are using a computer that others have access to, you must log out of your account after each session. If you become aware of unauthorized access to your account, you must change your password immediately.
Account Sharing: You are not allowed to share your account login credentials with anyone else. If multiple logins using a single login credential are detected, your account will be disabled without further notice.
3. Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy to learn about the information we collect from you when you use the College Management Software Service, how we use it, and with whom we share it.
By creating an account, you agree that the LAISUIH will have access to your account information and account activities, such as the viewing and handling of the student’s fees, and your contact information.
4. Program Viewing and Purchase Options
LAISUIH offer the below purchase options through our software:
Admission and Monthly Fees: Students are required to pay a fee of Classroom or per student when admitted to the school
To make a payment, you must provide a valid payment method. We may apply taxes, including GST (Goods & Services Taxes), to any charges. Terms of purchase are subject to change.
5. Licenses and Intellectual Property
License to Features: Subject to the terms hereof, you have the right to use the software for your institutional and educational purposes
Restrictions: You may not resell the features, credentials, use any Program for any commercial purpose, redistribute or retransmit any Program, publicly perform or display any Program, or make derivative works from any Program.
6. Disclaimers
YOUR USE OF THE COLLEGE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. LAISUIH PROVIDES THE LAISUIH SAAS ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LAISUIH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Without limiting the above, Laisuih makes no representations or warranties concerning:
The availability of the Service in a particular jurisdiction.
The availability of the Service for any particular device, operating system, or browser.
The continued support for a particular feature of the College Management Software Service.
LAISUIH does not guarantee that you will be able to use the College Management Software Service at all times, error-free or hassle-free. Errors and bugs are fixed asap from reporting time.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAISUIH, ITS PARENT, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND PARTNERS (INCLUDING PRODUCERS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR (I) ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES; (II) DAMAGES RELATING TO ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN OTHER LAISUIH USERS.
The foregoing limitations apply to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, whether or not the software has been informed of the possibility of such damage, and whether a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability as set forth above, so these limitations above may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the College Management Software and its parent, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants, agents, suppliers, and partners (including Producers) from any liability, claim, demand, damages, losses, and costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising from (i) your unauthorized use of any Program; (ii) your breach of this Agreement or violation of any law or third-party right; or (iii) any content that you upload or submit to us.
9. Reproduction/Redistribution
Any unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of the content hosted under the College Management Software is expressly prohibited by law and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.

Pricing and Payment Related
Pricing of Laisuih - College Management Software is as
follows
Upto 500 students - ₹ 1000 Per Month
501 - 1500 students - ₹ 1500 Per Month
1501 - 2000 students - ₹ 2000 Per Month
Beyond 2000 students - ₹ 2000 + ₹ 200 Per 500 Students Per Month
Users can choose based on their convenience.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Billing of the software is done every month, the user can pay by Cash or Fund Transfer
The Payment within the software for students to pay their fees can be completed by several methods.
The integrated Payment gateway accepts locally issued credit, debit, and ATM cards from major banks national and international.
NOTE: You may need to enable your card for online transactions
We accept Netbanking from all major banks in India.
We accept UPI payments and wallets - such as GPay, BHIM, Paytm, etc.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund are applicable only if customer pay more than once because of some technical issue during transaction
If circumstances cause Customer to cancel the subscription, the customer will inform us regarding the reasons for cancellation, and will be cancelled accordingly.
All refund may be credited back to the customer account within 15 working days
No cancellation of subscription may be entertained for the service customer has already puchased
